STRAWBERRY + COCONUT SMOOTHIE
Ohhhh, this is my mouth saying yes, it's summer! The perfectly sun-ripened strawberries, accompanied with lemons and coconut are like a perfect match. This smoothie can even add a splash of...something alcoholic to relax with the setting sun.
Strawberries are a favorite of mine, so when I made up this recipe, I was so excited to have it be the highlight of the recipe, but when paired with the zing of a lemon and the smooth, refreshing beat of coconut...it's like the scene from Disney's Ratatouille where the "Little Chef" understands the powerful moment when different foods combine! Fireworks, music, and sweet emotions sail in. So, on any summer day, enjoy the flavor of the season with this recipe!
INGREDIENTS

1 Cup Strawberries* (fresh or frozen)

½ Cup Coconut Milk

½ Cup Ice

¼ cup Lemon Juice or Lemonade

1 Tablespoon Agave (optional if using lemonade)

1 Tablespoon Coconut Flakes

2 scoops Essential Stacks Friendly Prebiotics

PREPARATION

Add all ingredients into blender, in same order as listed.
