I love the fall...it's one of my favorite seasons. The trees turning, the air becoming a little chilly, needing to add an extra layer to your wardrobe (and bed) and the vibrant autumn colors hitting the produce aisle are some of the many changes that fall brings to the PNW. As a photographer, it's truly a gorgeous time to capture family photos and dance in the leaves! It's also one of the busier times my calendar is packed with not just family events, but photo sessions! So, while I may be busy outside, I want some quick, easy and nutritious bites that also are fun to "treat" the crew.
