PEANUT BUTTER + BANANA SMOOTHIE
This is a powerful protein packed smoothie which has enough nutrition to be a meal or for those who have intense workouts (I'm talking an hour long intense workout), this is a great replenishment your body NEEDS! I love using frozen bananas, but if you just didn't put any in the freezer, a counter banana will work just fine.

I often make this for my daughters in the morning especially when they have a big studying day, test day, or even games as this is a beautiful way to start your metabolism, fueling your muscles, and making sure you aren't starving a few hours later.
INGREDIENTS

½ Cup Peanut Butter

1 Banana, Frozen

½ Cup Ice

1 Tablespoon Honey (or Maple Syrup for vegans)

1 Cup Plant Based Milk (I love making mine fresh with Almond Cow)

2 scoops Essential Stacks Friendly Prebiotics

PREPARATION

Add all ingredients into blender, in same order as listed.
