When I think of fall, this salad always comes to mind. There’s something delicate about all the flavors that come together to make this dish a perfect fall start to any meal. Plus, with the greens it starts your digestive system making all the other food you eat, easier to digest!

INGREDIENTS

PREPARATION

  1. Assemble clean & washed greens, pat dry (or use salad spinner) onto a salad plate

  2. Place thinly sliced plums onto greens

  3. Add nuts

  4. Sprinkle thyme

  5. Drizzle dressing

  6. Enjoy!
